Public eTutored™ live workshops

5% discount for all students from the same company when 3 or more students from that company attend. Students do not need to be from the same location.

On-site workshops and Private eTutored™ live workshops

10% discount for all students when 10 or more students attend.
5% discount on workshops that take place within 3 months of a previous workshop.

Payment must be received at least one week prior to the workshop start date (to allow for printing and shipping of training materials).
Payment may be made by company check, cashiers check, MasterCard, VISA, Discover or American Express.
Cancellations received prior to 7 days before the workshop will receive a full refund of the tuition. Cancellations within 7 days of the workshop start date, or no-show students, are not eligible for a refund, but the tuition can be applied to a subsequent workshop.
The student training binder and class materials will be shipped to the address provided in the registration approximately one week before the class start date. A $50 shipping surcharge will be added if shipping to an address outside of the continental United States.
Sutherland HDL reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a public workshop 2 weeks prior to the start date if there is insufficient enrollment. 100% of the tuition will be refunded if a workshop is canceled and you do not wish to attend a subsequent workshop.

Only a conference room is needed! Sutherland HDL provides a portable lab server with licensed software and an isolated network. Students connect to the training server from their own laptop computers (one laptop for every two students).
Instructor travel within the continental United States is a flat fee of $600 per class day. Travel to other areas is quoted on a per-class basis.
Training workshops begin on a Tuesday or later in the week, to allow Monday for travel. Should a workshop need to start on a Monday, a $500 travel surcharge may be added due to weekend travel.
The minimum class size is 5 students. Maximum class size is 20 students unless special arrangements are made.
A purchase order must be received at least 3 weeks prior to the first day of the workshop. Sutherland HDL cannot guarantee the requested training date or make travel arrangements until the purchase order is received. Purchase orders received within three weeks of the workshop might be assessed up to a 10% surcharge to cover higher travel costs.
An invoice with terms of net 30 will be delivered after the first day of class, based on the actual number of students attending the workshop.
Cancellations prior to 3 weeks before the workshop will not be charged. Cancellations within 3 weeks of the workshop will be charged for the minimum class size.
